This is a project office for social change, established in 2015 to implement social innovations, IT technologies, and modern methods of work in the social sphere. We implement our own projects and work as a back-office for the development of national institutions, local governments, civil society organizations, social businesses and initiatives that have a potential for significant social impact in Ukraine.

Together with the FUIB and the Ukrainian office of the UN Global Compact Network, we are funding (FUND) the development of social enterprises under the priority Goals (SDGs) to achieve positive change in Ukraine (UA) via launching the first Sustainable Development Goals Fund #FundSDGUA
Leaders Fund
We provide financial support and mentorship to leaders of change and scale their social projects.
The Leaders Fund operated between 2019 and 2022 and offered young people a scholarship of 10,000 UAH for 6 months.
Sponsors (impact investors) entrusted us 180,000 UAH for this project.

Entrepreneur's Guide #SimpleSE: About Social Entrepreneurship - Easy!
In 2020, our social entrepreneurship expert developed the #SimpleSE manual. About social entrepreneurship - simple! This practical guide simply tells about the complex process of business modeling and starting your own social enterprise. The information is presented in a structured way, in the format of games, checklists, tables, diagrams, examples, and a road map, to give the reader an understanding of what social entrepreneurship is, and how it works in Ukraine and the world. The handbook was created within the framework of the project "Dissemination and scaling of successful models of social entrepreneurship", implemented by the NGO "Space 500" in partnership with Future Development Agency with the support of USAID's "Competitive Economy of Ukraine".

Incubation online program #SimpleSE: Social Entrepreneurship
Our team of 8 trainers and 8 mentors-social entrepreneurs developed their own incubation program and organized 4 waves of online training for 100 participants from all over Ukraine.
The training was part of the project "Dissemination and scaling of successful models of social entrepreneurship", implemented by the NGO "Space 500" in partnership with Future Development Agency with the support of USAID's "Competitive Economy of Ukraine".

INCLUSIVE IT
The Inclusive IT social enterprise was established to promote web accessibility in Ukraine. The company hires people with disabilities to manually test sites and mobile applications.
In 2021, the Future Development Agency team administered the Inclusive IT - Start 2.0 project, which was funded by the International Renaissance Foundation and the European Union as part of the Humanity and Mutual Aid Humanitarian Initiative.
An inclusive website with a service of automatic testing for web accessibility and rebranding of a social enterprise has been created.
MUSEUM IN THE DARK “03:00”
The Third After Midnight Social Enterprise is the only "museum in the dark" in Ukraine. All tours are held in complete darkness and accompanied by blind guides.
The Future Development Agency team has launched a crowdfunding campaign on the Spilnokosht website (2020) to open a new museum in Lviv. Attracted grant funds from the International Renaissance Foundation for the development of social enterprise.
Future Development Agency attracted funding from the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation and provided administrative support for a tactile show in the dark "Ukraine to the Touch" (2020), "Cinema to the Touch" (2021).
Good Bread from Good People
The inclusive bakery "Good Bread from Good People" is a social enterprise where people with mental disabilities work: autism, mental retardation, Down syndrome. The project started in 2018.
Future Development Agency has created an enterprise development strategy and provides social business consulting. In 2020, our team launched a crowdfunding campaign on the Spilnokosht website and raised funding to open a renovated bakery in Kyiv.
Ba&Di Freelance
This social enterprise unites freelance grandparents to help young parents with daily chores and child care in Ivano-Frankivsk.
The Future Development Agency team has raised funding for this service from Urban Space 100 to launch a web platform. The project was successfully implemented in June 2020.
BUKIVNYCHKA
The social enterprise accepts and resells read and new books according to the "1 + 1 principle": one book to the buyer, and the other - to children in crisis situations.
The Future Development Agency team raised funding for this social enterprise through crowdfunding on the “Spilnokosht ” platform and from the “Renaissance Foundation”. In 2020, a new website for the store was launched.
Consulting and developing programs for communities
Social Entrepreneurship Development Program (VINNYTSIA CITY TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY)
Experts of the Future Development Agency, commissioned by the Vinnytsia City Council, were involved in the development of the "Program for the Development of Social Entrepreneurship in the Vinnytsia City Territorial Community for 2020-2022."
The document was developed within the framework of the International Technical Assistance Project "Partnership for Urban Development" (PROMIS Project), which was implemented in 2015-2021 by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) with the financial support of the Ministry of International Affairs of Canada.
During 2020-2021, the team of the Future Development Agency will provide consulting support to the Department of Economy and Investment of Vinnytsia City Council in the implementation of the program.

WE ADVOCATE CHANGES IN LEGISLATION
Draft Concept for the Development of Social Entrepreneurship in Ukraine
In 2019, a team of experts from the Future Development Agency was involved in a working group to develop a concept paper led by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Economy and Trade, and others.
